Out of approximately 300 selling agents operating in the local area recently I was positioned number 2 and number 4 in two of the surrounding suburbs. Growing up with a family Real Estate Business around me, I developed a lifelong passion for property. I graduated with a Bachelor of Land Economics in 1990 and now draw on over 30 years’ residential and commercial property experience.

Croll Real Estate was established in 1904 and has a deep rooted history in the area. In 2002 I took over as Managing Director after previously working in Commercial Real Estate, and have since focused on building genuine long term business relationships based on trust.

My personal sales whilst with Croll Real Estate have averaged 40 to 50 transactions per year across a broad range of property including luxury residences, homes, units, apartment blocks and retail and commercial premises. Recently supported by the team I sold 165 to 173 Military Road, Neutral Bay for an undisclosed sum. It is currently one of Neutral Bay’s premier retail and residential development sites. I also sold a number of houses, prestige apartments and individual units which are all outlined in my recent sales. Further I recently negotiated the sale of 118 Milson Road, Cremorne Point, a reserve water front block. It was the highest price for a property in Cremorne, Cremorne Point and Neutral Bay in that year. The prior year, I sold 8 apartment blocks for over $33,000,000.

I have sold more apartment blocks than my competitor sales agents in the area and have been involved in and coordinated many site acquisitions including for Shore School and Redlands School. We work closely with the leading developers. We currently have 3,117 block buyers on our books including a number of high net worth investors.

I am fortunate to be supported by a dedicated team of property professionals and together we have doubled the business in size over the past decade. I have focused considerable resources to improving our systems and procedures and our clients can access the progress of their property sale or management in real time.
