While building her career in real estate, she is developing experience across both property management and residential sales, working closely with the experienced Croll team to deliver exceptional service and outcomes for every client.

Originally from Germany, Sarah moved to Australia four years ago with her partner and quickly established herself in Sydney’s hospitality industry. As a Duty Manager with the Marriott Group, she developed exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills, together with a strong commitment to customer service. Working in a fast-paced environment, she earned a reputation for her professionalism, attention to detail and ability to build lasting relationships.

Today, Sarah brings those same qualities to real estate. Calm, approachable and highly organised, she is committed to ensuring every client feels informed, supported and confident throughout the process. Her strong work ethic and willingness to continually learn have seen her quickly become a valued member of the Croll Real Estate team.

Working alongside Andrew Croll and the agency’s experienced Property Consultants, Sarah is developing her expertise across all aspects of residential property while providing clients with the personalised service and responsiveness that define Croll Real Estate.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys cooking with her partner, who is a chef, discovering new restaurants, travelling, spending time at the beach and relaxing with a good film.
