As the name suggests, Catarina (Cati) is proud to represent the next generation of the Croll family, joining her parents in continuing the legacy of Croll Real Estate. Having begun her career with the business in an administrative support role while completing the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme at SCEGGS Redlands, Cati now assists across property management, leasing inspections and the day-to-day operations of the agency while continuing to expand her knowledge of the real estate industry.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Cati brings a thoughtful, analytical and highly organised approach to everything she does. Balancing university studies with her role at Croll Real Estate has strengthened her time management, communication and problem-solving skills, making her a valued member of the team.

Holding her Certificate of Registration, Cati enjoys working closely with clients, assisting at open homes, supporting the property management team and gaining hands-on experience across many aspects of the business. Her enthusiasm to learn, strong work ethic and genuine interest in helping people provide an excellent foundation for a long-term career in real estate.

Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, Cati enjoys connecting with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. Outside of work and university, she embraces an active outdoor lifestyle, with a passion for hiking, trail running, skiing, water sports and spending time at the beach. A keen traveller, she also enjoys discovering new countries, cultures and experiences whenever she can.
