As a Director of Croll Real Estate, Monica plays a key leadership role within the business while remaining actively involved across residential and commercial sales, leasing and property management. With more than five years of real estate experience, she has built a reputation for professionalism, exceptional client service and attention to detail, helping clients successfully buy, sell, lease and manage a diverse range of properties across Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

Originally from Brazil, Monica completed a Bachelor of Business with a major in Finance before building her corporate career with leading multinational organisations including IBM, Telstra and the Hannah Group. Following her move to Australia, she worked in the relocation services industry, where she spent more than five years assisting families and executives relocating both locally and internationally. This experience further strengthened her organisational, communication and client relationship skills, which continue to underpin her approach to real estate today.

As both a Director and property professional, Monica combines strategic business leadership with hands-on experience across residential and commercial property. Her expertise extends across sales, leasing and property management, providing clients with a comprehensive understanding of every stage of property ownership. Whether working with homeowners, investors or commercial property owners, Monica is committed to delivering practical advice, thoughtful guidance and exceptional service.

Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish, Monica enjoys working with clients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and has built lasting relationships founded on trust, professionalism and genuine care. Her multilingual skills enable her to communicate confidently with international clients while helping make every property transaction as seamless as possible.

Outside of real estate, Monica has volunteered for more than a decade with ABCD (Association for Brazilian Bilingual Children’s Development), reflecting her passion for education, community and preserving the Portuguese language for future generations. She also enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, staying active, reading and making the most of Sydney’s wonderful beaches and outdoor lifestyle.
