Leandro’s path to finance is both unique and inspiring. Originally from Brazil, he studied Portuguese and German Language and Literature, together with Literary Theory and Criticism, before discovering a passion for the logical and analytical world of finance. The transition from interpretation and subjectivity to precision and structure proved both challenging and deeply rewarding, while satisfying his naturally inquisitive mind and passion for problem-solving.

With a meticulous eye for detail and a highly organised approach, Leandro manages the agency’s property management trust accounts, rental disbursements, bond administration and daily trust reconciliations. His commitment to accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement provides peace of mind for landlords, tenants and the Croll Real Estate team, ensuring trust funds are administered with the highest levels of care and accountability.

Fluent in both Portuguese and English, Leandro enjoys working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. After moving to Australia, he quickly developed a deep appreciation for the country and now proudly calls it home.

Outside of work, Leandro enjoys reading, spending time in nature and, above all, being with his family. His thoughtful approach, analytical mindset and quiet professionalism make him an integral part of the Croll Real Estate team.
