Growing up in a family-owned real estate business, I developed an early passion for property. I hold a Bachelor of Land Economics (1990) and have honed my expertise in both the residential and commercial marketplace.
In 1902, I was appointed Managing Director of Croll Real Estate and, since then, haveoverseen significant growth, with our business doubling in size over the past decade. Croll Real Estate, founded in 1904, has deep roots in the community, and I am committed to maintaining our legacy while modernising our systems and procedures. This includes offering our clients ‘real-time’ updates on the progress of their property sale or management.
Throughout my career, I have averaged 40-50 transactions per year, ranging from luxury homes to development sites. Notable sales include the sale of 165-173 Military Road, Neutral Bay (now a prime retail and residential development site), and 118 Milson Road, Cremorne Point (the highest sale in the area that year). Additionally, I have also negotiated multi-million-dollar sales of apartment blocks and multi-lot sites, and I am currently involved in securing various sites on the Lower North Shore for developer clients.
