It’s never too early to start preparing your home to list on the market for spring, the time will come sooner than you think. Ticking off these 6 steps now (or at least planning to do them) will ensure you avoid the unnecessary stress of a last-minute rush to enter the market.

1. Clean & Declutter
Give your property that ‘spring clean’ that you’ve been avoiding for months, start from top to bottom and be thorough to make your move easier by beginning the packing process now.
