Honest, efficient and reliable is my thoughts towards to Rebecca, I met Rebecca 12 years ago when I just a student without any job , she took a leap of faith on me rented a unit to me , than the next 12 years, from tenant , I bought my first property from Rebecca , and she taught me how to leverage the resource and create true investment portfolios , than me and my family bought many properties from Rebecca and than she managed or resell for us.
Due to Covid , I am not able to return to my own unit , I approached Rebecca , she immediately take control , knowing what to do , go beyond to sort out my property for me ,she is extremely savvy when comes to dealing with strata / building manager, the trust I have with Rebecca is go beyond than just landlord and agent , she is always a true professional and high performer .
over the years , we never really care which agency she works for , we just follow her , with her , we know we are in good hands.

Normally, us “renters” are made to feel like second class citizens by real estate agents ... but the helpful service and friendly attitude from the ladies at Croll has been a refreshing change from all of that.
