This past month based on a new job I moved from Melbourne to North Sydney.

I arrived 16 July and made arrangements to view the proprty. It was perfect and I was able to secure the place with the great support and help of the team.

Meghan has been brilliant helped me navigate the process . When I needed to check measure for fridge and washer Dayle with 5 mins notice met me at the property and even bought me a tape measure.

As i completed contracts etc Fiona (I think that was her name) was very helpful and patient with me at your Military Rd office.

So I really wanted to take a moment tonight to let you know how my transition to North Sydney has been made so much easier because of your dedicated team.

I just wanted to thank you for making the sale happen so quickly. The whole process went very smoothly and you really have a fantastic team working for you.

Caroline has done a great job over the years of sourcing good tenants and managing the property and Robert and his team have made the accounting happen seamlessly with monthly statements and funds always being received on time. I was also very happy that Fran was appointed to manage the sale process as she knows the property well and I had all confidence that she would do, and did do, a terrific job.
