I have to say that your proactive approach to managing our property is impressive. Elizabeth and I have three rental properties in various places, each with a different agent. We comment to one another often, what a high standard of service you provide in comparison to others.
You respond quickly to our requests and any changes in regard to our property, you always know what is in our best interests and act on that then keep us informed rather than needing any direction from us. I suspect the tenants also appreciate your management.

Croll Real Estate have been the managing agents for our father's properties for a number of years since our father became less able to do the managing work himself. Property Manager, Kirra De Giglio always worked with our father in an efficient and compassionate manner, always finding the best solutions to any problems that cropped up. Since my brothers and I took over the management of our father's estate, we have found Croll and Kirra in particular, to be very helpful and businesslike in all our dealings. We have been very happy with the way Kirra has handled the tenants in our father's properties, addressing all issues that arose quickly and with a minimum of fuss.
