Please note:

  • It is essential to send one ticket for each repair type. If you try to combine repair types, such as electrical and plumbing, your repair request may not be processed correctly.
  • Please only add a repair request once for the one item. If the repair is urgent adding the same repair multiple times does not make processing the repair faster.
  • For genuine emergencies outside of normal business hours or during holiday periods please contact the following trades people or review the front page of your lease document.
