Sensational new foodie on the blockIt’s always great when a new restaurant opens in the area, but it’s even BETTER when you find out the food is amazing. Fusion of Australian / Japanese, Chef and owner, Tomo uses only the freshest ingredients… think salmon tataki, scallop sashimi, Wagyu beef and the Caramalised White Chocolate with nectarine sorbet is to die for.   If you haven’t been to Plage yet, best you do.
