Nick Georges, one of our senior property managers shares his insider tips on how to convince our team that you’re the right tenant for that property you love!
When finding the most suitable tenant for our clients, Nick says “we have two key boxes to tick- firstly the tenant’s ability to pay rent and secondly that the tenants are going to look after the place appropriately.”
So how do you get that across in a rental application? Nick's tip - write a cover letter. It’s a really nice way of painting a picture and letting us know a little bit about you.
And don’t forget to have all your ducks lined up, all documentation sorted, it shows us you are organised and creates less stress for the property manager to sign you up. It’s our job to minimise the vacancy period for our landlords so if you have everything ready, it goes a long way.
