World’s richest buys in Sydney

He could be any young man dressed in a suit however this guy is the World’s Richest person under 30 years old.

UK based and just 27 years old, Hugh Richard Louis Grosvenor, is a property mogul and chose to include Sydney in his portfolio.  He currently owns a big office tower in Pitt St, not to mention some office buildings in North Ryde.  

Thinking we might call him and see if he’s interested in some local ‘residential‘ properties!!!
